I CAN HEAR

I can hear the Tui singing in the trees.  The dog barking at the rustling leaves. I can hear my family talking to me and the click of the camera when taking a picture of me. I can hear my heart beating very very fast. It goes Ba Boom Ba Boom. My heart is good. I can hear.  I can hear my friends and family cheering for me but I... I got $10 from mum for doing well in my cross country run.
